We keep this simple. We collect only what you give us, we use it to reply to you and to run our business, and we do not sell it. The details are below.

Who we are

This website, andyhenriquez.com (the “Site”), is operated by Show Up For Your Life, LLC, the company behind Andy Henriquez, the Master Storyteller Academy, and related programs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are based at 3800 Hillcrest Drive, Unit 211, Hollywood, FL 33021, United States. You can reach us at support@andyhenriquez.com.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, which means information that can identify you on its own or together with other information. It does not cover anonymized data.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry and booking details. When you use the contact form or the availability form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, organization, event name and dates, your preferred contact method, how you heard about Andy, and your message.
  • Correspondence. Anything you send us by email, text, or social media, including attachments.
  • Downloads. If you request a resource such as the Five Story Framework, that request is handled on a separate site with its own privacy notice, and we receive the name and email you provide there.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and performance, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. The Site does not currently run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will be aggregated and this policy will be updated.

What we do not collect

The Site does not have user accounts and does not process payments. Purchases and program enrollments happen on separate platforms with their own terms and privacy notices. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health, biometric, or financial account data through this Site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry, check Andy’s availability, and prepare proposals or agreements for an engagement.
  • To deliver something you asked for, such as a resource, a speaker kit, or follow-up information.
  • To keep records of our communications and transactions, and to establish or defend legal claims if that ever becomes necessary.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To send you marketing communications, only where you have asked for them or where the law allows, and always with a way to opt out. See “Marketing emails” below.

We use your information only for the purpose it was collected for, or for a closely related purpose. If we ever need to use it for something unrelated, we will tell you first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and the business, such as our hosting provider, our email provider, form processing and customer-relationship tools, and scheduling tools. They may process your information only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, when needed.
  • Authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • A successor business if we sell, merge, or transfer part of our business, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy.

Cookies and tracking

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. The Site currently uses only what is strictly necessary for it to function, and the video on this Site is hosted by us rather than embedded from a third-party player. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add performance or analytics cookies later, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so should not affect your use of this Site.

Marketing emails

The forms on this Site are for correspondence only. Submitting one does not add you to a mailing list. If you ask to receive a resource or sign up for updates, we may email you about Andy’s programs, events, and content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not affect emails we need to send about an engagement or service you have requested.

We will not share your information with another company for their own marketing without your express consent.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including meeting any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inquiry records are typically kept for as long as the conversation or relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Records relating to a paid engagement are kept for at least the period required by tax law. We may keep anonymized data indefinitely.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site and limiting access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where our use is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@andyhenriquez.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. There is no fee, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

California residents. You have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EU, EEA, and UK visitors. We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in replying to you and running our business, the performance of a contract where you engage us, your consent where we rely on it, and our legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern with you directly first.

International visitors

We are located in the United States and our service providers store data there. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site or contacting us, you understand that this transfer takes place.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites, including Andy’s program sites, event pages, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read the privacy notice of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If the changes are significant, we will say so prominently on the Site.

Terms of use

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the materials in the Meeting Planner Hub (bios, headshots, introduction script, and the speaker reel) to promote and stage an engagement with Andy. You may not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with it, or that misrepresents Andy or Show Up For Your Life, LLC.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, video, graphics, and the design of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Show Up For Your Life, LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. Strategic Storytelling™, Turn Your Story Into Profit™, the Million Dollar Storyteller Framework™, S.O.L.V.E., Signature Story™, Offer Story™, Landing Story™, Value Proposition Story™, Expert Story™, The Story That Sells Everything™, and Master Storyteller Academy are trademarks of Show Up For Your Life, LLC. Apart from the Meeting Planner Hub materials described above, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but the information, programs, and pricing on it may contain errors or change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Results

Stories of client results on the Site and in Andy’s talks are real, but they are not a promise. Your results from any program or engagement depend on many factors, including your own effort, experience, and market, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, income, or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Up For Your Life, LLC, Andy Henriquez, and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Engagements and programs

Speaking engagements, corporate training, and programs are governed by the separate agreement, order, or enrollment terms for that engagement or program, which control if they conflict with these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
