Hi, I’m Andy.

I teach people to turn their story into profit.

I learned how the hard way.

The story, part one

I did everything right.

Haitian-immigrant kid. Honors student. CPA. A “good job” at one of the biggest firms in the world.

And every morning, the same quiet voice:

“There’s got to be more than this.”

So I took the leap. Quit the job. Bet my life savings on one big deal.

And lost all of it.

I curled up in a dark room, certain I had failed.

Then four words cut through the silence:

Expect to be tested.

I did not quit. I chose to stay in the game.

That is the day everything started.

The discovery, and the flag

Clawing my way back, I noticed one thing again and again:

It was never the facts that moved people.
It was the story.

I had been doing it my whole life. At sixteen, I once turned a flat “no” from a store manager into a job, with nothing but a story about my first car.

Story is not a soft skill. It is the shortest distance between you and anyone you want to influence.

Who he is now

Today I am known as the Master Storyteller.

But really, I am a husband, a father, and a man of faith who believes he was built to help others find their voice.

I love basketball, a good competition, and the daily work of becoming better. I call it Chasing 100.

And I believe impact drives income, never the other way around.
